What is your return/exchange policy?
We value the importance of Food hygiene to our customers, so currently we do not arrange return for food items if its not the quality issue.

Is there a fee for returning?
For any return unfortunately due to quality issue, we will not charge for return fee.
When will I receive my refund?
It take 3-5 business days to receive the refund.

Do you offer returns/exchanges for international orders?
Unfortunately, we do not provide return for international orders due to food safety concern. Please reach out if you need help.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
